The Company and the Club are subject to the Privacy Act 1988. The personal information you provide when you apply to be a Member of the Club is used to maintain your Membership. You have the right to access and correct any of your personal information that the Company or the Club holds about you. The Club and the Company will not usually disclose your personal information to any other organisation or person unless there is a legal requirement to do so. The Club and the Company may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the Club or Company. In particular, Golf Australia (“GA”) requires personal information supplied by you on this Application Form for the purposes of Golflink.
